Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients
1 lbs Baby Potatoes, rinsed
4 tbsp Becel with Oat Beverage
3 ½ tbsp Sage, finely chopped
2 tsp Garlic powder
1 ½ tsp Red pepper flakes
1 ½ tsp Salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Boil salted water in a medium pan and cook potatoes until soft and tender about 15 - 20 minutes; then drain and allow to air dry.
Melt Becel in a small saucepan on low - med heat. Add chopped sage, garlic powder, red pepper flakes and salt. Allow to simmer for 1-2 minutes stirring frequently.
Place boiled potatoes on a baking dish or pan. Using a potato masher or a fork gently smash each potato until flattened. Pour the melted spread onto each potato and bake for 30-35 minutes, rotating the pan halfway, until potatoes are crispy. Enjoy!
