Honey Sriracha Baked Salmon Over Brown Rice

This Honey Sriracha Baked Salmon, with its tender, flaky texture and rich flavor, is the perfect centerpiece for a relaxing evening at home. Paired with a side of your choice and perhaps a glass of wine, this recipe invites moments of ease and flavour.

Ingredients

½ - 1 lb Salmon, skin on

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp sriracha

¼ cup olive oil

3 tbsp lemon juice

¼ cup green onions

2 tsp black pepper

1 ½ tsp smoked paprika

¼ cup fresh chives, chopped 

2 tsp crushed red peppers

1 ½ tsp ginger powder

Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. In a measuring cup or small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, honey, sriracha and spices. 

  3. Spread marinade over salmon, skin side down.

  4. Place on a baking tray with parchment paper or an oven safe dish. 

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily, with an internal temperature of 145°F.

  6. Garnish with fresh herbs and green onions.
