Easy Croissant French Toast Bake

Easy Croissant French Toast Bake
Serves: 6-8
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Bake Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients
10 -12 croissants (1-2 days old)
6 eggs, beaten
1 ½ cup cream or whole milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 ½ tsp cinnamon
Salt to taste
Optional Toppings
1 cup Strawberries, sliced
1 cup Blueberries
Maple Syrup
Whipped cream
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F
In a bowl or measuring cup, whisk together, eggs, cream, cinnamon and salt.
Slice or tear the croissants and soak in egg mixture. Transfer to a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until croissants are crispy and golden on top.
Allow to cool slightly before topping with fruit, whipped cream or syrup.
Serve warm.
